About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Drain Cleaner that has the ability to handle light service repairs to join our team at Waldstein Plumbing in Council Bluffs. This role offers the opportunity to work with a reputable company and make a real impact in the community.
Must be able to do the Following: -This person needs to have ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Perform drain cleaning and plumbing services for residential and commercial customers
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in a timely and efficient manner
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
Adhere to safety standards and company policies
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in drain cleaning
clean driving record
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
