    We are looking for a personable, problem-solving, and experienced DRAIN CLEANING MECHANIC to join our team. You'll be responsible for a variety of residential and light commercial drain cleaning work orders, visiting homes, businesses, and multifamily buildings to solve drainage issues. You will be asked to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a variety of service calls, service our PM customers, and maintain the drain cleaning equipment. The ideal candidate has the technical skills to identify and isolate problems, is familiar with using hand, power, and drain cleaning tools, including hydro-jetters, video inspection cameras, and cable equipment. Responsibilities: • Diagnose and resolve drainage issues in residential and light commercial settings with precision and care. • Utilize advanced tools like hydro-jetters, video inspection cameras, and locators to ensure thorough and efficient service. • Maintain and service drain cleaning equipment to keep operations running smoothly and effectively. • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and uphold our company's reputation. • Provide clear and actionable advice to customers, empowering them with knowledge about their drainage systems. • Ensure all work orders are completed accurately and in a timely manner, fostering trust and reliability with clients, and enter all information into our digital software. Qualifications: • Minimum 5 yrs of experience operating hydro-jetting and drain cleaning equipment. • Current driver's license and clean driving record. • Attendance at a technical or trade school is preferred. • Familiarity with residential and commercial piping design and plumbing systems. • Familiarity with high-rise drain cleaning. • High school diploma or GED preferred. • Excellent communication skills and friendly customer-focused demeanor. Compensation: $35 - $42 hourly
