Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Drain Cleaning Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving drain issues, using a variety of tools and techniques to ensure efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Perform drain cleaning and maintenance services for residential and commercial clients.
Inspect plumbing systems and diagnose problems.
Utilize specialized equipment, such as drain snakes and hydro-jetters.
Provide exceptional customer service, explaining services and options to clients.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintain a clean work environment.
Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in plumbing or drain cleaning preferred.
Knowledge of plumbing systems and tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
