    ** _ _The Big Task:__** You will diagnose and repair residential and some light commercial drain systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

    ** _ Key Sub Tasks_**

    • Learn equipment and functions of our Sewer Dept (Open, Repair, or Replace).
    • Complete drain cleaning, jetting, and cable work.
    • Understand drain service criteria/duties and hold yourself accountable.
    • Explain reasons for blockages and illustrate the different ways we resolve the issue.
    • Educate and assist customers on the IMPORTANCE of sewer repair and replacements.
    • Show yourself as a knowledgeable drain professional to win new leads & referrals.
    • Learn basic aspects, processes, procedures, and departments of Maxwell-White.
    • Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success.
    • Protect and maintain drain cleaning & camera equipment and keep well inventoried truck.
    • Establish customer rapport and provide consistent communication with owners while on-site.
    • Offer the right products and services and ensure highest levels of satisfaction.
    • Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and off-site training programs.
