Job Description:

As an Apprentice Plumber / Drain Technician at B. Carlson, you'll work alongside experienced technicians to diagnose, service, and repair residential plumbing and drain systems. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll learn the trade, build strong technical skills, and deliver 5-star service on every call. You'll be in the field daily, representing the B. Carlson brand with professionalism, honesty, and pride in your work.

What you'll be doing:

• Assist with residential drain cleaning, repairs, and basic plumbing services
• Diagnose plumbing issues and clearly explain solutions to customers
• Perform inspections and document findings using ServiceTitan on an iPad
• Upsell repairs and solutions ethically, based on customer needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized company vehicle and job site
• Follow all safety standards, company processes, and quality guidelines
• Continue learning through on-the-job training and ongoing education

What you need:

• A valid apprentice plumber card
• 1+ year of drain cleaning and/or plumbing experience
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
• Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
