ATTENTION RECENT CONSTRUCTION AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT GRADUATES - One of our clients, an exterior restoration company, is looking for a Construction Project Planner. This role would be a fantastic fit for a recent Program Management or Construction Management graduate! Those with work experience in construction or logistic are also encouraged to apply. KEY REPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: · Submit orders to our suppliers (electronically) for our roofing, siding, gutters, and window jobs. * Assist the Production Manager with lining up/scheduling the crews for the weekly jobs. * Calling homeowners weekly to let them know about their job status and installation date * Effectively and timely communication to the sales and office team on job statuses QUALIFICATIONS: * · Knowledge of construction industry through previous work or education. * · MS Office proficient * · Great customer service skills * · Background that demonstrates ability to multi-task and stay organized under pressure * · Excellent verbal and written communication skills Please contact Christine Falk, Account Manager at Drake and Company, for immediate consideration.
