Job Title: Structures Mechanic

Location: Ft. Worth, TX
Start Dates: Every Monday
Work Schedule: Flexible across shifts
Compensation: Weekly pay based on 5+ years of experience

Compensation Details

• Standard Rate: $1760/week (based on 40 hours)
• Overtime: $66.00/hr
• Per Diem: $1120.00

Shift Options

• 1st Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm
• 2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 1:30am (4x10) Available upon request
• Overtime: Voluntary opportunities available

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in aircraft structures
• Openness to working on various airframes (commercial, regional, helicopter, military, etc.)
• Must bring a full set of tools on the first day (see tool list)

First Week On The Job

You'll be expected to:

• Remove paint and rivets
• Install Nutplates and Hi-loks
• Read blueprints
• And more

Tools and materials provided for testing:

• Test pieces
• Drill bits
• Safety glasses
• Other consumables

Skills Test: What You Need to Know

• Fastener Removal and Installation
• Rivet Techniques
• Tool Usage
• Layout of Parts and Patterns
• Strong use of a Torque Wrench
