    A fast-growing real estate wholesale company is seeking a super sharp sales account representative who can produce results. Responsibilities: • Manage weekly marketing campaigns to buyers. • Take calls from buyers to sell company’s inventory. • Meet with buyers to show properties and secure contracts. • Meet with sellers to secure contracts. • Install lockboxes and take pictures of properties. • Build new relationship with buyers and build company’s buyers database. • Keeping the company’s CRM up to date with contracts and closing documents. • Manage on going client relationships via monthly meetings, thank you cards, social media and educational content. • Must be able to follow company’s closing sequence. • Must be a team player and get along with the other staff.
