    We are currently looking for a RECEIVING ASSOCIATE at our GRESHAM location. 

    HOURS:  (8AM-4:30PM)

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Processing incoming orders and receiving to shelf location using RF scanner
    • Breakdown pallets by product and sort for processing and put away
    • Maintain inventory accuracy by verifying count for products being processed
    • Submit disputes for orders received with discrepancies
    • Consolidate products with multiple locations.
    • Use PC terminal as needed
    • Maintain individual queue clear of past due to line items
    • Maintain warehouse cleanliness
    • General warehouse work
    • Safe equipment operation (forklift, order picker, etc.)
    • Complete EDGE (PC led training) within the first 90 days of the full-time hire date
    • Other duties as assigned

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

    Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)

    Ability to learn the use of handheld scanners

    Working knowledge of PC use and navigation

    • (Experience using a warehouse management system desirable but not required.)

    Good oral & written communication skills

    Detail-oriented

    Self-motivated and teamwork-focused.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily productivity goals

    The ability to apply critical thinking in problem-solving

    Committed to the concepts of continuous improvement and pursuit of excellence

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    • Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.)
    • Warehouse environment
    • Ability to operate a forklift and order picker
    • Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
    • Requires punctual regular and reliable on-site attendance
