    The primary role for Eclipse Application Support Level 3 is to troubleshoot and resolve the majority of all Eclipse related issues that are escalated from Eclipse Support Level 1 and Level 2.

    These types of issues include but are not limited to complex massload updates, TCL, printer setups, control file maintenance, deeper business knowledge, warehouse RF support, complex report writing including creations of new dictionary items, etc.     Service requests that cannot be resolved are escalated to QA for additional support.   Can support JM module and JM fixes.   

    This position will require the individual to work closely with the Eclipse support team and other internal support departments to ensure communication to the end user community is seamless and of the highest quality.   

     

    DUTIES

    • Provide level 3 support for Eclipse related issues that have been escalated from Eclipse support team.
    • Responsible to perform database changes to customer, vendor, user, zip code, ship via, or bin locations.
    • Responsible for Eclipse administration pertaining new branch setups, territory changes and control file changes,  ship vias and  reports.  
    • Can and will perform Help Desk Analysts (level 1) functions when necessary
    • Escalates incident or request to QA and Testing Mgr,  Eclipse Manager, Developers or Technical team when necessary.
    • Responsible for all department documentation pertaining to system administration and support.      
    • Confer with Manager or other senior associates as needed to develop new approaches to ensure a high quality of customer service for our user
    • Attends offsite meetings when required.
    • Participates with Mock Live training and Go Live support.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Must have a min of 5 years of experience with Eclipse
    • Must be proficient with mass load and TCL and report writer
    • Deep knowledge of Solar Eclipse and Job Management 
    • Soft skills like communication, patience, problem solving.
    • Must be able to work in a team environment (office and virtual)
    • Good written and verbal communication.
    • Proficient in O365 tools 
    • Must have strong customer service skills

  • Qualifications
    • With consideration to age, employee utilizes the approved process to resolve biophysical, psychological, educational and environmental needs of patient and significant other when administering care.
    • Candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment which may include a considerable amount of walking, and physical assistance for patients.
    • Strong verbal and written skills; fluent in English. 
    • Knowledge of medical terminology, infection control and patient safety measures.
    • Current AHA BLS certification required.
    • Adaptability and accuracy.
    • Must have good visual acuity and motor coordination.
    • Strong clinical skills.
    • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
    • Strong computer skills (data entry and typing).
    • Honest, dependable, and conscientious.
    • Knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR) computerized practice management and other record keeping systems.
    • Bilingual, Spanish required.
