    We are currently looking for an OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - CONSTRUCTION at our PORTLAND/VANCOUVER Markets.

     

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Develop new accounts and support existing accounts in Portland and surrounding areas.
    • Manage and grow market share of existing, assigned accounts
    • Manage customer pricing and vendor contracts
    • Actively promote NCE market-specific endeavors
    • Utilize NCE market specialists (Solar, Datacom, SSG, Energy, Automation, Cellular, etc.)
    • Create and implement a business plan with key vendors/customers to include goal setting and account-specific strategies
    • Other duties as assigned

     

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

    • Sales Experience
    • 3-5 years experience in the industry
    • Good organizational, planning, and time management skills
    • Proof of clean driving record with no major infractions within previous 3-5 years
    • Able to use smartphone/laptop computer efficiently
    • Customer-focused and team player
    • Self-motivated, outgoing personality, with a desire to win
    • Able to turn obstacles into opportunities

     

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    • Driving to customer offices, job sites, vendors, or other related places
    • Office/Field environment with frequent driving and phone use
    • Occasional heavy lifting – up to 50 lbs.

    Required Skills Required Experience

  • Qualifications
    1. Open and sort mail, mail bags, coordinate mail picked up on various floors/departments and sort US and overnight mail into proper slots. Distribute / sort mail to various floors and between all locations.
    2. Receive, sort and distribute patient mail to various programs throughout the organization. This would include but not limited to, delivery of mail to Oconomowoc Hospital, Brown Deer Hospital, Brown Deer Clinic, West Allis Hospital, Lincoln Center I, Lincoln Center II, Cedar Ridge, Delafield, Silver Lake, Corporate Center, Executive Drive. Occasional deliveries to Appleton, Madison and Kenosha.
    3. Input necessary mail through postage machine ensuring that each letter or parcel is stamped with the correct amount of postage at our Oconomowoc, West Allis and Brown Deer Hospitals.
    4. Coordinate with Rogers courier/drivers for special deliveries/large or heavy items.
    5. Ensure certified mail process with proper amount posted and return card to sender to notify certified mail process is complete.
    6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mail room and mailing equipment, making the necessary service calls as required.
    7. Ensure copy areas throughout building are clean, organized and maintained.
    8. Send out UPS packages and complete necessary paperwork.
    9. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Purchasing

    HOSPITAL:

    1. Promote department goals and the mission of Rogers Behavioral Health (RBH).
    2. Demonstrate understanding of Joint Commission and other regulatory agency compliance regulations.
    3. Participate in RBH committees, Performance Improvement/Quality team meetings, and team projects,        as directed.
    4. Project a professional image by wearing appropriate, professional attire per the Hospital’s dress code policy.
    5. Demonstrate positive, calm, professional, and effective communication skills.
    6. Demonstrate punctuality, preparedness, and good organizational ability.
    7. Contribute to Performance Improvement/Quality initiatives in a positive, solution-focused manner.
    8. Fulfill all Human Resources and Infection Control requirements.

    PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS:

    1. Position will require walking, standing, and lifting. Lifting is moderate to heavy; must be capable of lifting      a minimum of 30 pounds. Reaching, handling, grasping, and manual dexterity are necessary to operate various pieces of office equipment; i.e. computer, fax machine, etc.).
    2. Writing, verbal and hearing abilities are required, sufficient to interact effectively with staff. Ability to maintain confidentiality is required when processing mail.
    3. Position requires the ability to maintain a cooperative, tactful, warm, courteous and helpful attitude toward patients, families, referents, professional staff, and hospital personnel at all times is essential.
    4. Logical thinking and discretion are required to make decisions independently and implementing policies    and procedures and standards, and strong time management skills.
    5. Must be physically/mentally able to perform job duties as verified by a physical exam by a licensed physician, per post-employment physical.
    6. Must be self-motivated and work well with minimal supervision.
