The ideal candidate will have experience in administration in real estate, leasing, title or mortgage. The natural ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction is critical in this position. Excellent communication and client service skills are a must. Real estate experience preferred but not required and a Real Estate license is preferred. We are seeking someone who adheres to the highest ethical standards, possesses impeccable attention to detail and exhibits an exceptional professional manner. Responsibilities: • Build, implement and manage all systems for clients, lead generation, database management and back office support • Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries and complaints • Create, maintain and utilize a complete lead follow-up system • Provide concierge level customer service to clients and customers • Shall send out weekly reminders of upcoming critical dates via email • Continue to take day to day office tasks away from agent, organizing workflow and reducing inefficiencies Qualifications: • Some knowledge of a real estate transaction from start to finish. • Extensive knowledge and experience in transaction coordination. • Experienced and knowledgeable with the MLS, zip-forms, docusign, etc. • Knowledge of the surrounding upscale neighborhoods and communities. • Familiar with real estate marketing methods and social media platforms. • Must be ambitious, personable, team player, dedicated, hardworking and efficient. Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 per year
