Responsibilities: Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline Work closely with borrowers, loan officers, title companies/attorneys, or insurance companies to gather and prepare all documents needed to satisfy underwriting requirements Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make a decision Qualifications: Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator License Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb interpersonal and customer service skills, and exceptional decision-making ability Multiple years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university required in banking, business, real estate, or a related field Understand a variety of loans such as: FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit Compensation: 100,000.00 +
