Job Description

Our company is currently seeking ​a Bookkeeper to join our team and help out with a couple of restaurants and bars under the same company. You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complete weekly bookkeeping for restaurants
• Be able to reconcile invoices
• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Compute and record numerical data
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in accounting with food service appreciated
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Should be familiar with applying for federal state and local loans and grants
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
