We are looking for an Assistant Operations Associate to handle shipping and receiving, warehouse organization, and inventory management. Full-Time (or Part-Time 26+ hours). Office Hours: Monday - Friday Hourly wage starts from $13.50/hour+, depending on qualifications and experience. Job Description: Assistant Operations Associate will be in charge of Shipping/Receiving, Warehouse organization and cleanliness, and Inventory. Responsibilities include: - Daily shipment allocations to Ops Coordinator and Warehouse Associates - Coordinating Shipping/Receiving flow - Monitoring all inventory in house and at distribution centers. He/she is also responsible to manage inventory control, work with purchasing on inventory high/low levels, control short-term and long-term inventory costs. - Handle returns including sorting and reshipping - Keeping warehouse clean and organized - Managing warehouse associate's schedules Requirements: - Microsoft Office, including proficient in Excel. - Must be good with numbers - Good attention-to-detail, organization skills, ability to multi-task, and aptitude of flexibility & change - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Must be good with time management and prioritization skills - Effective verbal and listening communications skills - Comfortable working independently and as part of a team - Self-starter, not afraid to ask question. - Must be able to move boxes 20 - 30 lbs., if needed.
