    Job Description

    Insurance office in Westminster, CA looking to hire licensed insurance professionals to sell and market personal lines insurance products.

    We are currently only accepting applications from licensed applicants. REQUIREMENTS:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Ability to work Full Time (40 hrs/week)
    • P&C (Property & Casualty) License OR
    • Personal Lines License
    • Bilingual a PLUS but not required (Vietnamese, Spanish Speaking)

     

    CALL CENTER AGENT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Obtains client information by placing and answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
    • Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
    • Establishes policies by entering client information; confirming pricing, collecting payment, and customer follow up.
    • Informs clients by explaining coverage; answering questions; providing information.
    • Meet Production Goals set forth by the agency.
