DreamView is looking for two Trainers to join our Training department. We are a global company with more than 100 artists all over the world and that is why training is essential to the success of the company. We are committed to supporting the development of our teams so they are able to reach their full potential and adapt quickly to new and changing technology and skills. Your expertise will be essential for DreamView's growth. 

This is a remote/telecommute position. The studio is 100% virtual and allows the applicant to work anywhere in the world!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create training material (e.g. video/audio recordings)
• Implement a training system and process
• Assist with the organization & running of training
• Manage invites & communications
• Wrangle & support training invitees
• Track attendance, gather feedback & generate reports
• Organize & structure training materials & pages in a consistent, accessible manner
• Refine & improve presentation, visibility, and awareness of existing training resources
• Support new starters across different locations in the world and ensure a smooth onboarding process

REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years of experience in the VFX/Animation industry as an artist
• Proficiency in major 3D packages such as 3ds Max, Maya and/or Blender
• Fusion or a comparable compositing package
• Production experience as an artist or Technical Director with proven experience in training and mentoring
• Experience supporting global training over multiple locations
• An effective people coach
• Collaborative, creative, and technical with strong organizational skills
• Composed and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
