    Job Description

    “What would you say you do here?”

    • Manage calendars and phones for two lively offices​ that cover both adult animation as well as the preschool space. Will entail being able to independently prioritize projects/meetings and coordinating with several calendars beyond your own office

    • Initiating and following up on meetings with attention to protocol for how to communicate and request time.

    • Update and maintain department status reports/memos.

    • Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports promptly.

    • Track and read submissions and writing samples, and offer written thoughts in a timely manner.

    • Offer critical feedback on creative submissions.

    • Support and track ongoing efforts to search for fresh comedic and artistic voices.

    • Conduct research as needed to support the development process.

    • Synthesize information into clear and/or actionable data points/analysis.

    • Assist in crafting decks/slideshows for presentations.

    • Serve as an ambassador for the office, the department, and the company.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    “What do I need to have in order to do this job?”

    • Minimum one (1) year of industry administrative experience (preferably in animation).

    • Will multitask in a fast-paced environment and simultaneously manage multiple priorities.

    • Will be a strategic problem solver, is meticulous, and able to follow through on tasks without consistent prompting.

    • Will operate with discretion and interact in a highly professional manner with senior level executives and talent, both in person and virtually.

    • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.) required.

    “What can I offer?”

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    • Eagerness to learn about, and contribute to, the script development process.

    • Robust personal interest in reading, tv/movies, animation and comedy.

    • Strong organizational skills, professionalism, follow-through, and pride in work.

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Strong writing skills, especially critical writing.

    • Experience with Windows, Mac OS, FileMaker Pro, and Photoshop is a plus.

    Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time. .

    This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
