• Research and develop machine learning solutions and services for the studio
• Mentor and educate software engineers on how to use machine learning in their software
• Consult with department and production groups on potential ML solutions in their areas
• implement production tools to help generate training data for current and future shows

Qualifications “What do I need to have in order to do this job?” • Familiarity with ML research in computer graphics • Prior experience and a solid understanding of a production pipeline and workflows with animation and/or VFX pipelines and departments, such as modeling, surfacing and lighting. • Familiarity with major artistic tools in an animation pipeline; Maya, Katana, etc. • Extensive experience in Python or C++ • Strong sense of ownership and accountability • Ability to deliver robust and scalable code  • Excellent communication skills • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or other related fields • Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated, submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days following commencement of employment. • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the commencement of employment or adhere to enhanced protocols in select work settings or where jurisdictionally mandated. • Must be willing to adhere to all Company COVID-19 workplace safety policies and protocols.
