    Responsibilities: “What would you say you do here?”

    • At the direction of the events and internal communications team, cross functionally partner with other key partners to plan and implement studio events including employee mixers, premiere and wrap parties, corporate town halls, Kids Day, as well as themed events relating to employee appreciation, health, wellness and holidays
    • Create and procure decorations, signage, and playlists, as well as liaise with catering, facilities, event producers, and promotional product vendors
    • Design invitations, fliers, weekly emails, digital signage, and more as they relate to studio events and initiatives
    • Support volunteer programs and drives as well as track and administer in-kind donations (supply drives, elementary school partnerships, hospital visits, etc.)
    • Assist in distributing and ordering promotional products and swag
    • Track and distribute items for recognition programs
    • Partner with recruiting team and digital marketing to capture events and produce culture-related social media posts
    • Maintain event supplies, swag reserves, and storage areas
    • Provide the team with administrative support including managing calendars, printing and collating documents, storage organization, visitor and vendor requests, processing expense reports and credit card statements, etc.
    • Assist employees with general inquiries and refer them to appropriate resources when needed
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications: “What do I need to have in order to do this job?”

    • 1-3 years events experience
    • Demonstrable experience in planning events to build and maintain company culture and/or professional and social clubs
    • Demonstrable design skills (proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator is required)
    • Has experience writing, editing, and crafting content for internal communications and/or social media platforms
    • Proficiency in Google docs and calendaring system, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe programs
    • Able to attend and implement occasional events during evening or weekend hours
    • Willing to run occasional errands as they relate to events (basic supplies, food and beverage needs, etc.)

    • Proactive problem solver with excellent time management, organization, judgment and prioritization skills
    • Strong customer service and communication skills
    • Detail oriented and ability to multitask

    Application Information:

    • This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

    This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
