    Job Description

    DreamWorks Animation is seeking an individual to participate in a COVID-19 Support Co-Op opportunity. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring a smooth return to the workplace process.

    The Co-Op will run approximately 6 months in duration, and participants will be required to work 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST Monday through Friday. The work location will be hybrid (remote Mondays and Fridays and on-site Tuesdays through Thursdays).

    Please note: This role is a temporary staff position with an end date.

    Responsibilities:

    • Act as the first point of contact for ad-hoc COVID-19 related inquiries
    • Initiate support
    • Familiarize yourself with the HR Partners, Support Team and process
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information via internal reporting systems, Google docs and Excel
    • Manage the ongoing end-to-end covid testing/return to workplace process
    • Respond quickly and diligently to keep pace with incoming cases
    • Communicate, follow up, and provide guidance to employees on return to workplace procedures
    • Collect, organize, and manage confidential data in Microsoft Excel and/or Google docs
    • Initiate and close-out cases manually or via the case management system
    • Handle daily badge/gate access and monitor approval process

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Experience handling sensitive, confidential employee information and/or working in HR

    Additional Requirements:

    • This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
    • This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
