As Principal Experience Developer, you will leverage your extensive background in entertainment software development to ensure every Dreamscape experience pushes the boundaries of what is possible from a visual and performance standpoint.
Strong C#/C++, Unity and Unreal engine experience or experience in object-oriented programming, architecture, and design
Strong understanding of graphics pipelines, rendering techniques, and graphics-related math
Experience with memory management, multi-threaded programming, and multi-player systems
Experience writing and optimizing shaders (HLSL, GLSL, Cg)
Appreciation for, and focus on, realism and detail
Familiar with version control, task-management systems, code reviews, and so forth
Self-driven; comfortable working collaboratively
Flexible, proactive, self-starter with a positive attitude (rain or shine)
Follow best practices, development processes, and coding standards
Ability to quickly and independently learn and enhance a large established codebase
Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize work
Must be an effective communicator, both verbally and written
A passion for making and playing games with an eye for detail and feel for good gameplay
