    DREAMSCAPE IS LOOKING TO HIRE DYNAMIC, CUSTOMER-ORIENTED STORE OPERATIONS ASSOCIATES TO HELP US OPEN OUR PREMIER LOCATION IN CENTURY CITY. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE A PASSIONATE AMBASSADOR OF OUR VIRTUAL REALITY (VR) EXPERIENCE AND BRAND. OPERATIONS STAFF WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAILY OPERATION OF THE ATTRACTION, INCLUDING ASSISTING WITH TICKETING, RETAIL, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, ENSURING THAT OUR GUESTS ENJOY A CONSISTENTLY COMPELLING AND INNOVATIVE EXPERIENCE THAT EXCEEDS THEIR EXPECTATIONS.

    You are someone who can interact cooperatively and work as a team towards the common goal of delivering superior customer service that is consistent with our company values and policies. You are excited about interactive storytelling and the advancement of technology to bring consumers deeper into an immersive experience. REQUIREMENTS:

    • Applicants must be at least 18 years old
    • High School diploma or equivalent required; college-level courses in related field preferred
    • 1 to 2 years of experience in fast-paced retail or food & beverage, electronics retail, entertainment venue operations including cash handling
    • Ability to work in high-volume and fast-paced situations
    • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
    • Excellent guest service focused skills
    • Excellent problem-solving skills
    • Excellent teamwork skills
    • Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 40 pounds unassisted, twist, bend and move up and down with ease
    • Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require

    OPERATOR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Act as Dreamscape Brand Ambassador: share information with potential guests about this unique virtual reality experience in a manner that encourages them to take the journey that day!
    • Adhere to Company Standard Operating Procedures 
    • Execute opening and closing procedures for store
    • Facilitate ticketing, check-in, loyalty program, retail, and other guest service needs using various sales systems
    • Ensure working order of attractions hardware and software
    • Provide friendly, helpful and fast guest service while ensuring guest safety
    • Assist guests in putting on/taking off required VR gear and explain use within show
    • Perform functions related to the operation of VR experience, including the use of tablet technology (Microsoft, Apple, HP)
    • Effectively respond to changing environment, circumstances, and situations through VR experience
    • Ensure the proper use of safety practices and procedures while operating the VR show
    • Be a team player; help create and maintain a positive work environment with guests, supervisors, peers, subordinates, vendors or partners
    • Clean and maintain the exterior and interior areas of the facility including restrooms
    • Follow instructions on the safe use of all chemicals/cleaning materials
    • Properly care for guest and show equipment and devices, including maintaining hygiene standards
    • Assist with other functions as instructed by Management
