Job Description

The Web Copywriter will be responsible for ensuring that all core web content pages are written in accordance with client brand guidelines and SEO best practices, and delivered within promised timelines. Additionally, this position may be asked to write and/or edit content sourced from third-party vendors for client websites.

• Produce and deliver engaging, informative web copy created within client brand guidelines
• Research and develop a knowledge of industry-specific terminology
• Work collaboratively with Accounts and Design departments to ensure smooth delivery of completed projects within desired time frames
• Contribute to overall content team success
• Strategize with Content Team Lead and SEO Strategy Manager to develop high-quality web content

SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND KNOWLEDGE

• Exceptional writing, proof-reading, and time management skills
• Ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our clients’ brand guidelines
• Experience with WordPress and some SEO knowledge a plus, though not required
• Excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven dynamic environment

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, media communications, or related field.
• Relevant experience proofreading or editing written content.
• Knowledge of standard proofreading practices, procedures, and concepts is required.
• Sharp Eye to detail: Able to identify and rephrase grammatical errors to ensure an

error-free text.

• Strong ability to learn and adapt
