Dreamscape Marketing, an Award winning, fast-growing Digital Marketing Company located in Columbia, MD, is always on the lookout for rock star Account Analyst with a positive attitude and a passion for adding value to our growing client base. The right candidate for this position will be highly ambitious, possess a problem solver mentality and always motivated to move the needle for our clients.

This role's primary responsibilities will be to help support our Senior Account team, manage client expectations, coordinate the involvement of Design, Development, SEO, Content, Production and Finance teams and to ensure completion of projects and execution of digital marketing campaigns.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Understand each client’s business goals and serve a point of contact for projects in progress
• Work closely with Account Managers to provide support for numerous tasks
• Explain findings and outcomes verbally and in reports, communicating needs and goals
• Create strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and schedules
• Monitor rankings and update strategies to ensure quality of service
• Understand the metrics of success to support client objectives
• Attend all client meetings in support of the account team
• Maintain outstanding client satisfaction
• Manage operational duties to deliver all tasks on time
• Responsible for highlighting project specs and assigning tasks to the appropriate departments. (extremely detail oriented is key)

Qualifications required to successfully perform the job are as follows:

• One+ years of account/project management experience (agency preferred)
• Knowledge of digital marketing technologies and SEO strategies
• Exceptional communication skills and confidence working directly with clients
• Ability to convey technical concepts in layman’s terms to clients
• Demonstrated competence and ability to learn new software platforms such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Zoho, SalesForce,
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced and demanding work environment
• BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field
