We are a Plaintiff’s law firm looking for an EMPLOYMENT LITIGATION ATTORNEY to join our team. Our firm represents the rights of wronged employees throughout California. We pursue class actions, PAGA cases, Wage and Hour, FEHA violations, Discrimination, and Harassment cases. You will handle all aspects of a case, from pre-litigation to discovery, deposition, trial, or settlement. Our excellent team of support staff will help you along the way. We have a team-oriented approach to working up cases. Additional attorneys and support staff are hired as needed to maintain balance. JOB DESCRIPTION
The Employment Law Attorney is responsible for providing claimants with the legal advice, guidance and representation required to successfully win compensation. The attorney will be responsible for handling the case from filing the lawsuit, preparing and responding to law and motion, attending depositions, propounding and responding to discovery, preparing the matter for trial/arbitration/labor commissioner hearings, attending hearings, attending mediations, and trying cases to completion.
