Responsibilities: Create and deliver closing settlement packages to agents, buyers, sellers, brokers, and lenders Adhere to all terms and conditions of the purchase agreement and monitor progress Complete administrative tasks such as reporting and ensure all funds are disbursed accurately Review title commitment, lender instructions, purchase and sale agreements to be sure the duties and responsibilities are clear to facilitate closing Help coordinate the title policy with the title examiner Qualifications: Firm understanding of real estate law, title and insurance, company policies and procedures, and regulatory guidelines Prefer college degree or equivalent work experience — high school diploma required Experienced with software using escrow / title functions Possess a strong understanding of title commitments, mortgage loans, title insurance, and real estate contracts Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
