Our Marketing and Social Media Assistant will be responsible for building and executing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to help expand our brand. You will strategize, execute and manage a variety of ad campaigns from beginning to end. The candidate in this position will conceptualize campaigns, develop and execute all ads, and analyze ad performance results. We want a highly productive social media guru! Responsibilities: Develop marketing materials and advertising campaigns from conception to completion that are timely and effective Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message Plan and organize all team events, take photos, and then market on social media Has a creative, fresh approach for social media posts and responds in a timely manner to all followers Prepare signage and events for new community launches that will entice potential buyers Qualifications: Develop new concepts based on input Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions Minimum 2 years of marketing/brand management experience in an agency or Real Estate sales environment Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required Compensation: $15 - $18 hourly
