Responsibilities: Conduct professional interaction and coordinate with industry contacts such as loan officers, underwriters, realtors, brokers, buyers, and sellers Review title commitment, lender instructions, purchase and sale agreements to be sure the duties and responsibilities are clear to facilitate closing Assure all escrow transactions and escrow accounts are handled in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations Help coordinate the title policy with the title examiner Create and deliver closing settlement packages to agents, buyers, sellers, brokers, and lenders Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communications skills are a must Over 3 years of real estate closing experience in residential sales, commercial sales, refinance, REO, or short sale escrow Strong knowledge of the escrow process, title process, regulatory guidelines, and company policies / procedures High school diploma required — work experience or college degree preferred Experienced with software using escrow / title functions Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
