Responsibilities: Report incoming information like phone calls, messages, memos, and emails to an executive Act as the main point of contact the high-level executive Manage schedules including itineraries, travel arrangements, and team meetings Help prepare meetings and take detailed minutes Perform additional assigned duties from executives such as picking up orders, handling personal mail, etc. Qualifications: Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines High school diploma or G.E.D. required Excellent communication skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills At least 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, or experience performing supportive duties Experience using Microsoft Office Compensation: 45000
