    As a Real Estate Showing Agent, your duties involve providing tours of a listed property to prospective buyers. As part of your responsibilities, you set appointments with each interested buyer, giving each a thorough overview of the property's positive features, the likelihood of value increase, and the potential need for repairs or refurbishment. These positions are sometimes known as showing assistant jobs because you work under the direction of a senior agent who represents the home buyer or seller. If you work on behalf of buyers, you perform research to find homes that fit the client's criteria and liaise with agents representing the seller. Looking for motivated individuals that want to learn grow and help build our brand and company. A valid Real Estate License is required for this job. Trainings and Education is a huge part of what we do on our team so be ready tp learn and grow as a individual to build a business together. We proved leads to our agents as well as a team environment to excel and grow together. Responsibilities: • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets resulting in more sales • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions • Assist Lead Agent by showing homes to buyer clients • Assist Lead Agent by identifying homes that meet the criteria as specified by the Lead Agent after the buyer consultation • Coordinating and facilitating showings • Attend buyer consultation sessions with potential buyers • Attend inspections and appraisal • Return all calls and emails in a timely manner • Follow up with clients and document all details in the CRM system • Assist Lead Agent in writing offers and doing paperwork • Additional tasks as required Qualifications: • Past sales experience is preferred • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth • Technology-driven • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Driven, motivated, and desires professional growth • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Must be at least 18 years old • High school diploma • Valid driver's license • Present yourself in a professional manner • Must be able to work full-time plus evenings, no exceptions • Ability to work a flexible schedule • Weekdays and weekend availability are a must • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment  • Verbal and written communication skills • Sales experience is a plus • Retail customer service experience is a plus • Showing Assistant experience is preferred Compensation: $65,000 - $100,000 yearly
