Other responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, making travel arrangements, scheduling emails, managing mail and deliveries, and other assignments as needed to ensure efficient business operations. Responsibilities: Plan for company trips and outings and provide itineraries to ensure off-site activities are a success Provide administrative support to other team members with data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. when needed Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information Keep the front office secure by ensuring all visitors follow the proper sign-in procedures Assure incoming and outgoing mail is managed appropriately and handle deliveries Qualifications: Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly
