We’re searching for an ambitious, professional real estate sales buyer’s agent for an exciting opportunity with our team. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, working with prospective homebuyers, and continuously following up to close the deal. Responsibilities: Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience • We use a unique team system that allows you to focus on the aspects of the job that you love! • Meet with buyers and sellers that our inside sales agents set up appointments Qualifications: High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • California Real Estate License a plus • If you are not currently licensed but are in the process of becoming licensed, you may still apply Compensation: $60,000 - $150,000 yearly
