    We’re hiring for a real estate inside sales agent to join our top-performing team. You’ll be responsible for converting pre-qualified leads into new clients and following up with existing customers to ensure they buy their next home with us. Responsibilities: Conduct lead follow up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer’s agent Use CRM to compile current information for all customers, ensuring agents have up-to-date and accurate data Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients Turn previous clients into repeat real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to show the team’s progress toward company goals • Handle sales inquiries from pre-qualified leads and make sure client needs are taken care of • Close deals that achieve the best deal possible by upselling • Maintain the customer database with updated information on past, current, and potential clients • Assess the sales team’s progress toward company customer acquisition goals by creating quarterly and monthly sales reports • Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again Qualifications: Applicants must have a real estate license High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred Valid U.S. driver’s license required, able to travel by car Possesses superb interpersonal and communication skills +1 year of experience generating real estate leads • Must have great communication skills, presentation skills, customer service skills, and listening skills • Understands the sales process and how to use CRM software • One year of work experience in sales • High school diploma or GED required Bachelor’s Degree preferred Compensation: $15 - $18 hourly
