    Are you determined to help buyers find the home of their dreams? We’re looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic buyer’s agent to join our team. You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. Responsibilities: Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience  • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM • Guide 30 to 50 buyer clients through the home purchase process each year • Establish a prosperous and long-term Real Estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented agents • Effectively communicate with management and team • Able to handle, track, and close several team leads per month • Join the company’s culture of synergy by participating remotely in huddles, team meetings, and outings to build a sense of camaraderie with other agents as well as networking opportunities Qualifications: An established track record of successful real estate sales High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Organized and manages time effectively • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Great communication and social skills • Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Current CA Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining CA Real Estate License • Must be coachable • Must be able to give FULL-TIME attention to this Real Estate career • Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude • Team player • Must be able to work a flexible schedule • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • High school diploma or equivalent • Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs • Show good organizational and time management skills • Must be able to give full-time attention to this Real Estate career Compensation: $115,000
