Responsibilities: Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads • We use a unique team system that allows you to focus on the aspects of the job that you love! • Meet with buyers and sellers that our inside sales agents set up appointments Qualifications: Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred An established track record of successful real estate sales Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry • California Real Estate License a plus • If you are not currently licensed but are in the process of becoming licensed, you may still apply Compensation: $60,000 - $150,000 yearly
