Responsibilities: Identify new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs to keep us growing Present sales reports to the team that accurately represent sales efforts including sales progress and volume to more accurately forecast future goals Cultivate long-lasting customer relationships to meet customer needs, and mitigate any complaints to ensure continued business Evaluate the team’s sales performance and offer advice on continuous improvement Set our sales strategies and sales objectives to achieve our sales goals • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community • Meet with clients to determine their home wish list, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Work with clients to stage, price, and market homes • Respond to customers' calls, emails, and web requests • Follow up with all leads to schedule listing appointments • Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings to ensure quick sales • Conduct lead follow up activities to create new business as needed Qualifications: Displays a proven track record of sales success 3+ years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills Must possess a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar major • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth • Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line • Must be able to give full-time attention to this Real Estate career • Always has a professional demeanor • Go-getter • Can-do attitude Compensation: $115,000
