Responsibilities: Update customer information in the CRM to ensure all sales team members have the most current data Meet with prospects and convert them into new clients and ensure their needs are met Encourage potential clients to buy premium products and close the best possible deal Assess the sales team’s progress toward company customer acquisition goals by creating quarterly and monthly sales reports Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again Qualifications: At least one year of experience as a sales representative Must have great communication skills, presentation skills, customer service skills, and listening skills Working knowledge of CRM software and the sales process Must have high school diploma or equivalent, a bachelor’s degree is preferred Compensation: $40,000
