We’re seeking a motivated escrow officer to join our growing real estate sales team. You’ll be responsible for expanding our operations and conducting closing processes for real estate transactions. Responsibilities: Monitor progress in compliance with all terms and conditions of purchase contracts Interact and coordinate with industry contacts such as realtors, loan officers, underwriters, brokers, buyers, and sellers Assure all escrow transactions and escrow accounts are handled in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations Complete administrative tasks such as reporting and ensure all funds are disbursed accurately Assemble and deliver closing statements to buyers, sellers, brokers, agents, and lenders Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Possess a strong understanding of title commitments, mortgage loans, title insurance, and real estate contracts Over 3 years of real estate closing experience in residential sales, commercial sales, refinance, REO, or short sale escrow Experienced with software using escrow / title functions Prefer college degree or equivalent work experience — high school diploma required Strong written and verbal communications skills are a must Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
