Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Barista to join our team! Looking to hire both full-time and part time Baristas to work in our flagship location. As the Barista, you’ll work in a fast-paced Coffee House environment.

The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities:

Make great espresso and coffee.

Control product quality.

Maintain the highest level of standards for all product preparation.

Adhere to all company recipes and measurements.

Produces superior product presentation.

Contribute to a positive work environment.

Assists in the opening and/or closing of the store and ongoing management of the store.

Qualifications:

Prior experience a plus but willing to train the right individual.
