Position Overview

This is a temp-to-perm position. You will not perform any driving until the temporary term is over and you are hired on by the company. 

In this role, you will assist the drilling crew with essential tasks including changing auger bits, maintaining auger alignment during drilling, performing site digging, and placing rebar according to project specifications. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position that requires attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety.

Work Environment

All work is performed outdoors in active field conditions. Candidates must be comfortable with physical labor, working in various weather environments, and performing tasks that involve dirt, soil, and heavy materials. Some overtime required.  CDL required. Shift begins at 6:00am.

Requirements

• Pass a background check and drug test
• CDL Class A
• Heavy Equipment Operation
