Job Description

DUTIES:

• PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE INSIDE SALES CALLS, CUSTOMER SERVICE CALLS VIA PHONE OR THROUGH INTERNET COMMUNICATION.

• MAINTAIN ACCURATE SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE DATA INPUT INTO ERP SYSTEM

• POSSIBLE OCCASIONAL TRAVEL WITHIN NORTH AMERICA TO VISIT EXISTING OR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS.

• GENERATE NEW SALES AND LEADS THROUGH EFFECTIVE DISCOVERY AND ASKING FOR REFERRALS.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• DEMONSTRATE ORGANIZATIONAL AND PIPELINE MANAGEMENT SKILLS.

• MUST BE AN EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATOR.

• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EFFICIENTLY AND POSITIVELY WITHIN ALL DEPARTMENTS OF A MANUFACTURING COMPANY.

• PROFICIENT TYPING SKILLS.

• BE ABLE TO USE EXCEL AND WORD. HELPFUL TO HAVE AN UNDERSTANDING OF POWERPOINT OR AN EQUIVALENT PUBLISHING SOFTWARE.

• MUST HAVE A STABLE WORK HISTORY.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT

• COLLEGE HELPFUL BUT NOT REQUIRED

• PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN THE INDUSTRY IS A DEFINITE PLUS
