Responsibilities: • Administer IV hydration therapy: Safely and effectively administer IV hydration treatments to clients following established protocols and safety guidelines. • Client Assessment and Education: Conduct thorough health assessments to determine clients' suitability for IV therapy, provide clear pre- and post-treatment instructions, and educate them about the benefits and potential side effects of IV hydration. • Event and Location Setup: Prepare and manage the mobile setup at various locations, including office spaces, gyms, and event venues, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients. • Emergency Preparedness: Maintain readiness to respond to any adverse reactions or emergencies, with a clear understanding of protocols and a calm, composed demeanor. • Inventory Management: Keep track of medical supplies, restocking as necessary, and ensure that all equipment is in perfect working order. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the other RN on shift to provide seamless client experiences, and collaborate on best practices for client care and operational efficiency. • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners, fostering a friendly and professional atmosphere that encourages repeat business and referrals. Qualifications: • Current RN License: Possess a valid and current Registered Nurse license to practice in the state of Florida. • Experience with IV Therapy: Have at least two years of hands-on experience in administering IVs, with a strong understanding of IV infusion therapy, techniques, and protocols. • CPR Certification: Maintain a current CPR certification, showcasing the ability to handle potential medical emergencies. (This is not mandatory but advised). • Flexible Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and evenings to accommodate the mobile nature of the clinic and client events. • Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact positively with clients and team members. • Self-Directed: Show capability and comfort in working independently, making sound decisions, and managing the clinic operations during shifts without direct supervision. • Physical Fitness: Meet the physical demands of the job, which may include standing for extended periods (We should always provide a chair), lifting equipment, and setting up mobile service areas.
