  • Responsibilities

    The Solution Consultant is responsible for working with Drips Account Executives to identify solutions to real-world business problems and assist the team in identifying the value and cost savings Drips provides.

    This is a remote position

    RESPONSIBILITIES:  

    • Lead technical discovery efforts with a passion and curiosity into a prospect’s business
    • Build a framework for success by identifying key metrics within prospects communication journeys to drive robust financial business cases
    • Assist Sales with exploring the various communication journeys within a prospect’s business and determining where Drips can provide the maximum value
    • Document all systems, lifecycles, and other understanding of the internal workings of any given opportunity in flow charts and diagrams
    • Identify and articulate risks to the success of a prospect making it to launch or succeeded in the initial term
    • Gather technical data requirements and complete internal documentation procedures
    • Attend internal kickoffs and transition knowledge to Onboarding team

     

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, Communications, or a related field or equivalent work experience
    • Experience working with customers in a pre-sales or post-sales technical role.
    • Ability to confidently dive into the discovery process and ask critical questions to ensure a firm understanding of the prospect’s business needs
    • A strict understanding of and adherence to a formalized Sales process 
    • Strong written and verbal presentation skills
    • Cross-functional collaboration, translating complex business problems into clear deliverables for the Onboarding and Operations teams 
    • Ability to multi-task many opportunities simultaneously 
    • Strong documentation and internal communication skills using SFDC
    • Exceptional inter-personal skills, easily traversing personalities and levels of seniority within an organization
    • An understanding of APIs and data-delivery systems
    • Ability to navigate telecom architecture discussions and api/web service integration
    • Ability to design flowcharts/work flows to show an enterprises consumer journeys and technology stack and how they would connect, and how data would flow to our own
    • Ability to articulate data driven insights into business contextual stories
    • Ability to present solution-forward ideas that are translatable to all levels of an organization
