We are looking for an Ohio based, part time Quality Control Assistant to participate in our internship program. If you are an inventive, computer savvy person with exceptional English skills and a keen eye for detail, we are interested in hearing from you. We want someone who can bring their accuracy, attention to detail and ability to improve processes to this repetitious role and make a positive impact on our revenue.

This is a remote position, applicant must reside in: AZ/FL/OH/TX

COMPENSATION: $10/hour, part time

HOURS: 12-28/week. We are looking for shifts to fill this role and are willing to work around class schedules. You will coordinate with your supervisor before beginning your internship to determine your schedule.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Test for successful delivery of SMS messaging campaigns across multiple cellular carriers.
•  Alter the structure, syntax, and phrasing of messages to ensure proper throughput
•  Notice and target trends and concerns in testing and alert operations and upper management.
•  Work independently on projects for account managers to monitor and ensure deliverability of specific campaigns
•  Map frequently received inbound SMS messages to a set of pre-determined responses

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Computer capability – Microsoft Office suite, Android OS, and use of electronic databases.
•  Impeccable English and grammatical skills
•  Creative thinking, natural problem-solver
•  Strong organizational skills, keen eye for detail

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

•  Currently studying either English or Computer Science at local University/College.
•  Must be sophomore level or above.
•  Currently enrolled in College with a Minimum GPA of 3.0
•  Eligible candidates must be Ohio residents authorized to work in the US
