Southwest Regional Fleet – Dallas Based – Home Weekly!

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for experienced CDL-A drivers on a regional route with steady miles and consistent home time! You'll run within the Southwest, enjoying predictable freight, short hauls, and a dependable paycheck every week.

Stay close to home while covering regional routes. Most hauls average around 300 miles, and you'll be on the road about 2,000 miles weekly. This position is 100% no-touch freight, with a mix of drop & hook and live unloads. You'll get a 34-hour reset at home each week, perfect for recharging before your next run.

Position Highlights:

• Weekly Home Time – 34-hour reset at home

• Miles – Average 2,000 per week

• Freight Type – 100% no-touch freight

• Drop & Hook – Around 50–60%

• Live Unload – 40–50%

• Length of Haul – Average 300 miles

• Pay – Around $1,200 gross per week

Trucks and Tools:

• Late-model Freightliners and Kenworths (2021 and newer)

• 24/7 operational support and dispatch

Time Off:

• 1 week after 1 year

• 2 weeks after 3 years

• 3 weeks after 7 years

• 4 weeks after 15 years

Extra Pay:

• Detention Pay – $12.50/hour after 2 hours

• Layover/Breakdown – $100/day

• Performance Bonus – Up to 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and on-time delivery

Minimum Requirements:

• CDL-A license and DOT medical card

• Must be at least 21 years old

• 3–12 months recent tractor-trailer experience

• Clean MVR and background

• Must pass a DOT physical and drug screen
