CDL-A Regional Driver | Memphis-Based | Weekly Home Time

Looking for a solid regional driving job that keeps you close to home without cutting your paychecks short? This Memphis-based Southwest Regional position gives you a great mix of miles, consistent freight, and home time every week.

What to Expect:

• You'll run about 2,000 miles a week , mostly around the Southwest region.

• Average length of haul: 300 miles.

• Pay averages $1,200 gross per week , depending on your availability and hours.

• Hauling 100% no-touch freight, around 50-60% drop & hook, rest are live unloads.

• Enjoy a 34-hour reset at home weekly (great for recharging).

Trucks & Support:

• You'll drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths, clean, reliable, and comfortable.

• Get 24/7 driver support, no matter what time it is, we've got your back.

Time Off:

• 1 year = 1 week paid time off

• 3 years = 2 weeks

• 7 years = 3 weeks

• 15 years = 4 weeks

Extra Pay and Bonuses:

• Detention pay: $12.50/hour after the first two hours

• Layover/Breakdown pay: $100/day

• Performance Bonus: Up to 3¢ more per mile based on safety, miles, and productivity (starts 1st of the month after hire)

To qualify for the bonus, you need to be an active driver at payout time. Bonus programs can change with notice, and this doesn't change the at-will employment status.

What You'll Need:

• A valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card

• At least 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience

• Clean driving record

• Able to pass a DOT physical and drug test

• Must be 21 years or older
