DRiVE Staffing Solutions is hiring for an experienced On-Site Supervisor for our manufacturing client in Manchester, MI. The position of On-Site Supervisor is responsible for providing direct oversight to all temporary employees in one location.

ON-SITE SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS:

· Two years minimum experience

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Self-starter, desire to work in a fast-paced environment

· Organized, professional, good attention to detail

· Excellent communication and written skills

· Must work well within a team

· Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

ON-SITE SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Maintains effective communication with customer, employees, and HR staff

· Monitors performance within the shift

· Ensures employees are trained properly and efficiently for a safe and quality performance

· Maintains adequate inventory levels of supplies required of the contract

· Ability to fill out, legible written reports, payroll records, employee evaluations, and injury reports,

· Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures

· identifies clients’ requirements and works to fulfill them

· Prepares work schedules and enforces compliance with company labor requirements

· Addresses customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
