We are looking for an Office Assistant, that is highly detail-oriented and an expert at managing multiple priorities. Process-driven with exceptional customer service skills, you genuinely care about connecting patients and caregivers to improve lives. Monday-Friday 8-430p
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with chart audit and files to ensure the office is compliant
Assist with filling open shifts, maintaining compliant personnel files and other administrative duties as needed
Assist with caregiver onboarding, training and evaluations
Assist with confirmation calls to new and existing clients and caregivers to ensure shifts are covered
Assist with recruiting by reviewing candidates and conducting first and second caregiver interviews
Assist with client and caregiver meet and greets
Build relationships to foster growth and customer service objectives
Maintain accurate employee and client information in a secure environment
Participate in team meetings, briefings, in-services, committees and other related activities as needed
Create and maintain a professional atmosphere that is also a fun place to work
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum one-year professional office/data entry experience
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Occasional on call
Prior experience working in the home care industry, a plus!
QUALIFICATIONS
You are an organized self-starter with a positive attitude
You have a valid D.L. and insured personal vehicle
You can pass a criminal background check & drug test
Minimum 1 year of related experience.
Excellent customer service skills

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Interpersonal skills that promote interdisciplinary collaboration and effective communication
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Satisfactory criminal background check and/or health screening in accordance with state law requirements
