About the Role:

Join the team at Sonic in Howell, NJ, where fast food meets fun! We're looking for energetic and reliable team members to keep our drive thru running smoothly and our kitchen pumping out delicious food. If you love a fast-paced environment and take pride in great food, this is the place for you!

Responsibilities:

Prepare and assemble food and beverage orders quickly and accurately according to Sonic's standards

Operate drive thru window, taking and processing customer orders with speed and a friendly attitude

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen and drive thru workspace

Follow proper food handling, food safety, and sanitation procedures at all times

Restock ingredients and supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operations throughout the shift

Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate order fulfillment and minimize wait times

Uphold Sonic's quality standards for food preparation and presentation on every order

Requirements:

No prior experience required — we'll train the right candidate!

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume drive thru and kitchen environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and accuracy

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is a plus

Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
